Web creation record

The administrative roles at Shonan Kamakura General Hospital span a wider range of departments than typical companies. With this in mind, we proposed a concept highlighting the diversity of career paths: "A Multitude of Ways to Live" – showcasing more than 13 unique career paths. This concept appeals to job seekers by emphasizing the wide range of suitable departments available.

For the main visual on the homepage, we used a sharp and stylish polygonal image collage with color correction. The angled polygons are carried over to the secondary pages, ensuring a strong, impactful design throughout. Additionally, we implemented a CMS to manage and update the "Latest News" section on the homepage, as well as the "Job Listings" page, allowing for easy updates to job openings as they change regularly.

By utilizing DOE's free photography service, we included many photos of current employees to create a sense of familiarity and approachability for potential applicants.
