For simple update requests, you can provide instructions directly in the body of an email. If you require updates to multiple sections, please prepare an update instruction sheet using "Word," "Excel," or "PowerPoint."

For general website updates, FTP information is required. By using FTP software, you can authenticate the FTP credentials and transfer files to the server. FTP information typically consists of a host name, username, and password.
