For the renewal of a nurse recruitment site, we focused on new graduates as the main target audience. Considering our target users, we avoided long paragraphs and instead incorporated large-sized images and various title designs throughout the layout. This approach ensures readability and allows users to get a feel for the atmosphere even when skimming.

We chose a color scheme that conveys the freshness, cleanliness, and enjoyment of the hospital environment. To better showcase the senior staff and the hospital atmosphere, we utilized DOE's free photography service, resulting in a site rich with images.

We implemented a content management system allowing the client to update the site themselves, including a blog system. The application form features a calendar that only displays available dates, improving usability by making it easier for users to schedule interviews.
