We were commissioned to redesign both the corporate website and the recruitment website for Morii Co., Ltd.
The recruitment website was developed using our custom design plan. For this project, we structured the site so that the roles of the corporate website and the recruitment website are clearly differentiated, with distinct design approaches for each.
Rather than simply presenting company information, the recruitment site focuses on conveying the real atmosphere of the workplace and the personality of the people working there. To achieve this, we actively incorporated video content in addition to photography, creating a structure that effectively communicates Morii’s team-oriented culture and work environment.
