Web creation record

Following the corporate and renovation websites, we were commissioned by Tokyo Gas Yokohama Chuo Energy Co., Ltd. to create their recruitment website.

As with the previous sites, the recruitment website was built based on the KOTETSU BA Plan, with a custom-designed homepage using our bespoke design option.

The homepage design was developed around the catchphrase “Lighting the Future.”, expressing a sense of hope, warmth, and forward-looking energy.
Through careful attention to elements such as energy-inspired motifs and the use of white space, we created a visual that feels both dynamic and warm.

Across the entire site, the structure is centered around staff interviews, with a focus on a human-centered and approachable tone.
The result is a recruitment website that conveys the personality of each employee and their thoughts toward their work, allowing visitors to truly feel the people behind the company.

We also handled the employee photography.
On the day of the shoot, the session proceeded in a bright and friendly atmosphere, allowing us to capture natural expressions and genuine smiles.
We would like to sincerely thank all the employees who kindly cooperated with us.
