Web creation record
We were commissioned by SOUSEIKI Inc., an outsourcing company based in Yokohama, to design and develop their new website.
SOUSEIKI sought a creative partner capable of delivering bold visual expression and strong emotional impact, ultimately choosing DOE for our design sensibility and ability to make ideas visually leap off the screen.
Unlike typical corporate projects—where we balance creativity with restraint—this time, the brief was different: “Don’t hold back.”
That invitation fueled our enthusiasm, and we approached the design with full creative power.
The concept originated from the company’s name, SOUSEIKI (“grass, life, and tree”).
Drawing inspiration from the character “木” (tree), we shaped a logo resembling a hand forming the symbol for “No.1”, with Japan’s industry at its core and dynamic, forward-looking human potential emerging from it.
Through in-depth discussions, we realized that the essence of the brand was anticipation—the feeling that something new is beginning, something exciting is about to happen.
Our goal was to visualize that sense of expectation — not just through decoration, but through a design that conveys vitality and movement at first glance.
The secondary pages highlight the breadth of services, while the Case Studies section conveys the character and philosophy of SOUSEIKI.
Finally, we designed a smart auto-quotation feature to help users understand costs quickly and seamlessly.
More than just a presentation of information, the website embodies trust and partnership — an invitation to build the future together.
We are truly grateful to SOUSEIKI for allowing us to take on such an inspiring challenge.
This project reaffirmed our belief that the future of outsourcing can be freer, bolder, and more creative than ever before.
