Hirano Juki

[Mobile Crane / Website Development Portfolio]

Our client this time is Hirano Juki, a company that operates mobile cranes at various construction and civil engineering sites.
In fact, my father also managed a mobile crane company, and I worked as a crane operator under him for a time. Because of this, I’ve been familiar with Hirano Juki for a while and have even been assisted by them with replacement cranes at job sites.

Although I’ve since transitioned from crane operations to design work, collaborating with Hirano Juki has brought back memories of my father, and I am deeply grateful for this opportunity. While I always put my full effort into design projects, this time, I took on the challenge with my father’s pride in mind, striving to create something exceptional.

My goal was to design a “powerful website that surpasses the competition.” Leveraging my knowledge of crane operations, I incorporated elements inspired by crane movements into the design. For the main visual, I captured and edited video footage to achieve a dramatic and impactful finish.

Additionally, I created a poem to be displayed below the main visual:
“In ancient times, stones rooted deep in the earth, and heavy loads soared high into the sky. They were mankind’s trials, a testament to the weight of life and strength.”
This poem emphasizes that the history of lifting heavy objects has always been a challenge for humanity. It seeks to convey pride, purpose, and cultural significance, blending these themes into a powerful message.

For the staff interview page, I handled the interviews, photography, and writing myself. I aimed to highlight the charm of the staff, making the content approachable and enjoyable to read.
