Dynasty Of Everyone

Dynasty Of Everyone / DOE

Dynasty Of Everyone
This is DOE's dream.

DOE was established in Yokohama, Japan, in 2011 as a web design company.

It's been over 10 years now, and looking back, I feel both proud and somewhat embarrassed by my earnestness and sincerity.

There were times when cultural differences caused friction with the DOE staff, and times when the lack of clear production rules led to conflicts with clients over unreasonable demands.

Since then, we've refined our approach, thought deeply, and made improvements, allowing us to once again look toward the future.

That said, I have no particular ambition to grow the organization significantly.

However, we do strive to achieve one thing: our clients' satisfaction.
To achieve this satisfaction, we embrace a core principle: "Dedicated to Perfection—No shortcuts, delivering the best performance possible."

Someday, I hope that DOE staff will find joy in expressing their independence.

And when that time comes, perhaps it will truly become the 'Dynasty of Everyone.'
